You have something to celebrate? You will soon reunite the whole family, and event distant cousins who live several hundred kilometers away! Here is a calm, chic and country atmosphere for your reunion. You celebrate and drink with your loved ones feet in the grass, facing a stunning view.

For the success of your event (especially if you are not from around the corner), the entire team at the hills Residence goes out of their way to accompany you through the preparation phase untilthe due-date.

Here we go, we give you some useful information to plan your event.

Accommodate the whole family in one place

The advantage of the hills residence is that it is possible to accommodate all family and friends in the same place. This is rather appreciable when family members are dispatched throughout France.

Indeed, the geographical location of the hills  residence of Sainte-Féréole is intended to be rather central. For example, guests from Lyon, Bordeaux, the Greater South-West or the Paris region will find themselves near Brive halfway. In these conditions, bringing together people from all over the country becomes child’s play!

The complex has 25 comfortable houses, classified 4 stars, ranging from 37 to 60 m² and can accommodate 4 to 8 people.

In total, within the residence of the Hills, you can accommodate 160 people

The party can then be grandiose!

Rent the small hall of the Hills or the large communal hall

Everything depends on the number of guests! To access the reception rooms, you must first rent a minimum of 10 gîtes for the great hall and 5 gîtes for the small hall.

The great hall is rented naked. It can accommodate 300 people sitting. It has changing rooms, sanitary facilities, a bar and a fully equipped kitchen. Icing on the cake, a 46 m²  stage allows to host live shows and is equipped with a video set with large screen.

The small hall can accommodate 50 seated and 80 standing guests. The room rental includes 15 rectangular tables (0.70 1.10), 60 chairs, 1 fridge and a microwave, use of the bar and toilets.

Coordinate event: catering, music, brunch, activities

We are used to coordinating an event!

For meals, it all depends on what you want to do. You decide, you have the choice to bring your specialties, to cook with your family in the lodges or to call a caterer.

If this last alternative is chosen, know that we will advise you at best or take care of it. We are your on-site point of contact to coordinate the service providers. . The caterer will take care of everything in the hall.

Did you also think about the next day after the party? We suggest you organize breakfast or brunch, at your convenience

As for music, depending on the atmosphere you are looking for your evening, we will be happy to suggest you some local bands or Djs.

That’s it, that says it all. You also have to think about keeping your guests busy during the day. There are activities on site of course: swimming pool, petanque, tennis, badminton or nap on a deckchair. nap on a deckchair

The curious can go for a walk in the shade in the forest that adjoins the residence, or walk to the edge of the pond for ano-kil fishing party.

The best gaillards will take the car to discover at a few minutes the amazing Pans of Travassac, visit a cellar and why not crash on a via ferrata course!
