In spring or summer, come and enjoy our shared organic vegetable garden! As part of our commitment to sustainable tourism and being an eco-friendly venue, we’re offering you a selection of seasonal produce: courgettes, lettuces, tomatoes and various herbs (basil, chives and parsley) are ready to be picked!

Best practices...

The eco-vegetable garden is a welcoming space where you can admire, chat, smell and taste... An ideal spot for families staying in our Corrèze holiday cottages to relax. However, we ask our guests to follow a few best practices to ensure the eco-vegetable garden remains sustainable over time:

  • Take only what you need: a small handful per person to ensure everyone gets to taste a little something...
  • Water the plants after picking your own produce, using the watering can provided.
  • Pull up any weeds you come across.
  • Explain to children the importance of eating seasonal fruit and vegetables
  • Let the team know about any issues, however small, and ask any questions you may have

The vegetable, herb and flower seedlings come from the Jardin du Coeur (run by the Restos du Cœur) and underline our commitment to playing a part in the social integration of people in need
